Coming Soon - Teranishi Sparkle Inks

I have been trying to decide which inks to bring next. I found it! Some sparkle inks from Japan. Obviously, I had to order them.

Teranishi Guitar Sparkle Inks are filled with fine silver shimmer that catches the light and changes as you move the page. Your handwriting can look perfectly normal one second and then - tilt the papere - there it is. Sparkle. I know we can get shimmer and sparkle from many brands but I want the hard to get / find stuff.

Each Sparkle Ink comes in a 12 ml glass bottle. 

The first eight colors coming to 5 Hearts Paper

• Misty Black

• Cherry Red

• Royal Blue

• Noble Green

• Mocha Brown

• Ginger Orange

• Cyan Blue

• Berry Purple

Shortly thereafter arrive more colors. 

I already suspect choosing just a few for me to use is going to be difficult.

A quick sparkle-ink warning

These inks contain real shimmer particles, so they are best used with a glass pen, dip pen or brush. But you know me, I love a stubb and broad nib so I will for sure try them out in my fountain pen. I can see my daughter taking samples to create art. I want to see what you do with them!

Teranishi Guitar Sparkle Inks will be arriving soon at 5 Hearts Paper. Once they are here, I will share swatches and videos in the light, because a still photo simply cannot do all that sparkle justice.

Now I need to know: Which color do you want to try?

I am leaning toward Berry Purple - I know Misty Black is a for sure. With fall here, I might try Ginger Orange too.
