Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase from 5 Hearts Paper. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@5heartspaper.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are really unhappy, reach out, let's chat.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can reship the package at the customer’s expense, provided the items are still in stock.
Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@5heartspaper.com. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.
Additional Policy Notes
5 Hearts Paper reserves the right to refuse a refund if items are not returned in their original condition. Repeated claims of undelivered packages may result in order cancellations at our discretion.
