Consul Guardian Fountain Pen in Nightfall

Nightfall swirls deep purple and teal resin with shimmer, and debuts a technique developed by the Consul team: a moon sculpted directly onto the barrel, individually hand painted, then sealed beneath a crystal-clear coating. Because the moon has real three-dimensional form, it shifts and glows as the light changes, like a finely crafted inlay.

Guardian is the largest and most substantial Consul, defined by quiet confidence and architectural precision. A gently angled cap finial, mirror-polished gold trim and matching Consul emblems on both the cap and barrel give it real presence in the hand.

Consul is a new fountain pen brand from the founders of BENU, designed and made in Yerevan, Armenia, in resins the team develops in house. Small variations in color and pattern make every pen one of a kind.

Nib

A stainless steel JoWo #6 nib in gold-tone finish, engraved with Consul branding. JoWo nibs follow Western sizing, so the Extra Fine is a usable everyday line rather than an ultra-thin Japanese EF. Choose from Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, Double Broad, Elastic Fine, Stub 1.1 or Stub 1.5. Not sure which to pick? Fine is a great all-rounder, and Stub 1.1 adds flair to letters and cards.
