This is a kiss-cut holographic foil with raised 3D gloss PET tape.
You can remove the images from the roll of tape one by one, as they are kiss-cut around without any extra cutting needed.
Some areas of the tape are slightly raised, textured and shiny, enhancing and accentuating the printed tape image.
